Staff Photo Instructions

  1. Go to the UGA OneCard website (http://ugacard.uga.edu/).
  2. In the main menu, Click on “Photography Services”.
  3. Click the link to book your appointment in the middle of the page.
  4. Select “Student Affairs Website Photo”.
  5. Select an available Date and then available timeslot. (You can book up to two weeks in advance.)
  6. At the bottom of the page under Details, add your name and UGA email address. Please select your Department under Additional Information.
  7. Click Book. You will receive an email confirmation for your booking. If necessary, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment with a link from this email.
