Growing Stronger
One of our core values in Student Affairs is lifelong learning—we are always learning and open to growth, and we foster this in others.
With the end of spring classes and commencement soon upcoming, I recognize we clearly have put our value into practice this academic year. For all of the amazing student and staff accomplishments we have to celebrate, there have also been a number of challenges, which have tested the strength and resilience of our community and pushed us to change and grow in new ways. Looking back, it has been a year of true learning not only for students, but for all of us.
As we move forward, I trust and hope we have grown stronger from experience. I am confident we are even better equipped to serve our students and help them succeed—and I know we all will continue to learn. Here’s to summer and all of the needed revitalization that comes with it!
