The Biennial Alcohol Review is a required compilation of the policies, programs, and assessments regarding the issues of alcohol and other drugs (AOD) at the University of Georgia. Under the Drug-Free Schools and Campuses Act, every institution of higher education must enact policies for preventing the unlawful possession, use, or distribution of alcohol and illicit drugs by students and employees. Failure to comply puts the school’s federal funding, including financial aid, at risk (34 CFR Section 86.1 and 20. U.S.C. ยง 1145g.)
