Renewal
At UGA, we are committed to help every student succeed and flourish, providing the best programs, services, and facilities possible. While we are proud of the resources that we are currently able to provide for students, we are always working to improve. It is this process of renewal, of continually looking to make our efforts new, fresh, and stronger still, which we hope makes the difference for students and allows them to reach their fullest potential.
Over the past year, we have undertaken a few initiatives across campus, from upgrading facilities in Housing, Memorial Hall, and the Ramsey Center, to implementing our new strategic plan and the Pillars of Student Success, which will help us enhance the learning environment for students.
Each of us, too, has an opportunity for renewal. As we move into the new academic year, I encourage us all to find opportunities to renew—to learn, share, practice, give, and improve ourselves and our work together to benefit students at UGA. They expect no less of us!
